One of the cutest things at the newly redesigned Gallops is the equestrian-themed memorabilia wall, which displays saddle leather and stirrups, linking the restaurant to its rich heritage. We will definitely stay true to the rich history that has made Gallops a beloved destination, however we want to try and offer an exciting yet rooted and familiar experience to our guests. This revamp allows us to enhance the guest experience by offering something unique, a beautiful blend of the modern and traditional, and include all things we did not get to add the first time around.
