With over 150 years of catering expertise passed down through three generations, Brilliant Restaurant was a true ambassador of traditional North Indian cuisine. Each outlet with its own distinctive vibe, sumptuous menu and cocktails We ended up passing on sweets because I wanted to get ice cream somewhere else, but next time I’ll have to indulge. Then the chicken curry – sorry guys, I forgot the name of this dish – was so creamy and yum. The lamb was Anand Restaurant herb roasted and served with Chana masala, cauliflower and corn khichdi. As for our main, we got their lamb shank and a chicken curry to share.
